Unfortunately, Aneeraka does not accept any returns. If deemed appropriate at Aneeraka’s own discretion, an online credit in the amount of the total purchase will be issued for defective products. We generally have 1-3 days of processing time before shipping. Once an order is shipped it can not be canceled. If an order is canceled within the 1-3 day processing period your total will be subjected to a 10% cancelation processing fee.

Please note: This section only applies to products purchased on the E-Store. Products purchased on the E-Store cannot be returned to a Aneeraka distributor.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If a product purchased is defective, buyer shall contact Aneeraka Customer Service by email at aneerakainfo@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. In order to process its request, buyer shall provide a detailed description of the defect and a proof of purchase.
